Methods of Payment

All payments are to be made in Euro (EUR). 
Bank charges are borne by the payee. Confirmation of services and payment invoices will be sent after receipt of the appropriate fees to the e-mail address provided.

By credit card
Online payments by credit card are processed through the Meeting’s online services system. Upon completion, you will receive an e-mail confirmation with your booked services and payment status.

By bank transfer
Online bookings by bank transfer can be completed through the Meeting’s online services system. Select “payment by bank transfer.” You will receive a confirmation e-mail with outstanding balance due. After receipt of payment, you will receive the official confirmation of the services booked.

Important: Bookings remain valid for seven (7) days after the online order. Payment must be completed within this window for final confirmation; otherwise, bookings will be considered null.

Proof of payment: Please e-mail a copy of the bank transfer receipt to eaa@erasmus.gr along with your online booking order for validation. Upon payment, a confirmation voucher will be sent by e-mail.

Invoices/Receipts: All receipts/invoices are sent within one month after payment is complete.

Data protection: Erasmus S.A. does not store credit card information, nor share customer details with third parties. All personal data are protected according to the European Directive for the Protection of Personal Data with appropriate technical and organizational measures.
