Methods of Payment
All payments are to be made in Euro (EUR).
Bank charges are borne by the payee. Confirmation of services and payment invoices will be sent after receipt of the appropriate fees to the e-mail address provided.
By credit card
Online payments by credit card are processed through the Meeting’s online services system. Upon completion, you will receive an e-mail confirmation with your booked services and payment status.
By bank transfer
Online bookings by bank transfer can be completed through the Meeting’s online services system. Select “payment by bank transfer.” You will receive a confirmation e-mail with outstanding balance due. After receipt of payment, you will receive the official confirmation of the services booked.
Important: Bookings remain valid for seven (7) days after the online order. Payment must be completed within this window for final confirmation; otherwise, bookings will be considered null.

Terms & Conditions
EU VAT details: Invoices billed to an address in the European Union must include a Tax Reg. No. / VAT number. The invoicing address and VAT number can be set during the registration process.
Billing accuracy: Please verify your billing/receipt details during registration. Bills/receipts are issued within one month after payment. Re-issuance after issuance is subject to a €20 handling fee.
Cancellation & Alteration Policy
Written notification to the Official Housing Agent is required for any cancellation or change.
- Up to and including 10 July 2026: 100% refund, less €100 administration fee
- From 11 July 2026 onwards: No refund
- All refunds will be processed within two months after the end of the Congress, minus bank charges.
