ACCOMMODATION
As Official Travel Partner of ECSG 2027 Athens, ERASMUS S.A. has secured a selection of partner hotels across Athens to accommodate teams and delegations of all sizes and budgets. Whether you're looking to stay close to the Olympic Athletic Center of Athens (OAKA), near the city center, or by the coast, we'll help you find the right fit for your team.
For bookings of up to 4 rooms, you can either send via email your request at accommodation-ecsg2027@erasmus.gr or use the link below to make your reservation directly through the official ECSG 2027 accommodation platform.
For group bookings of 5 rooms or more, please contact us by email at accommodation-ecsg2027@erasmus.gr to receive dedicated offer and assistance.
Reservations will be confirmed by e-mail to the address advised for communication only upon receipt of the full pre-payment on a first-come, first-served basis.

Note:
The Climate Resilience Tax is not included in the below rates and is payable on site upon checkout from the hotel.

The tax is based on the hotel's category: 5 stars hotel € 15 per room per night / 4 stars hotel € 10 per room per night / 3 stars hotel € 5 per room per night / 2 stars hotel € 2 per room per night
Methods of Payment
All payments are to be made in Euro (EUR).
Bank charges are borne by the payee. Confirmation of services and payment invoices will be sent after receipt of the appropriate fees to the e-mail address provided.
By credit card
Online payments by credit card are processed through the online services system. Upon completion, you will receive an e-mail confirmation with your booked services and payment status.
By bank transfer
Online bookings by bank transfer can be completed through the online services system. Select “payment by bank transfer.” You will receive a confirmation e-mail with outstanding balance due. After receipt of payment, you will receive the official confirmation of the services booked.
Important: Bookings remain valid for seven (7) days after the online order. Payment must be completed within this window for final confirmation; otherwise, bookings will be considered null.
Important information for payments by credit card:
Due to enhanced security protocols by many banks, you may be prompted to complete additional security checks to proceed or to verify a declined transaction. If needed, try a different card. Our team works continuously to maintain a safe, fast, and seamless online payment experience.

Proof of payment: Please e-mail a copy of the bank transfer receipt to accommodation-ecsg2027@erasmus.gr along with your online booking order for validation. Upon payment, a confirmation voucher will be sent by e-mail.
Invoices/Receipts: All receipts/invoices are sent within one month after payment is complete.
Data protection: Erasmus S.A. does not store credit card information, nor share customer details with third parties. All personal data are protected according to the European Directive for the Protection of Personal Data with appropriate technical and organizational measures.
Terms & Conditions
EU VAT details: Invoices billed to an address in the European Union must include a Tax Reg. No. / VAT number. The invoicing address and VAT number can be set during the registration process.
Billing accuracy: Please verify your billing/receipt details during registration. Bills/receipts are issued within one month after payment. Re-issuance after issuance is subject to a €20 handling fee.
Cancellation & Alteration Policy
Cancellation and amendment policies vary depending on the selected hotel and booking conditions. Upon request, the relevant policies will be shared. Please find here below an indicative cancellation policy that applies to some hotels.
- Up to November 30, 2026: Release all rooms free of charge
- Up to January 10, 2027: You can cancel up to 40% of the total room nights free of charge.
- Up to February 11, 2027: You can cancel up to 25% of the total room nights free of charge.
- Up to April 14, 2027: You can cancel up to 10% of the total room nights free of charge.
- From April 15, 2027 onwards: Full cancellation fees apply for any canceled nights.
All refunds will be processed within two months after the end of the games, minus bank charges.
