The Deep Dives Course on Musculoskeletal Oncology & Limb Salvage Surgery will take place at the Divani Acropolis Hotel on the 27th and 28th June of 2023.

Regarding the accomodation of the participants, the organizing committe has secured rooms at the Divani Acropolis Hotels.

GENERAL INFORMATION

Currency

All course Fees are calculated in EUR (€). Participants from countries where currency restrictions prevent them from sending registration fees in advance are asked to inform the Course Organizing Secretariat to avoid being charged the late registration fee.

Terms of payment for registration fees

All payments should be made in EUR (€) without charges for the beneficiary.
Please note that late registration fees will apply for any payments received after the stated deadlines. Confirmations of registration and invoices for the relevant charges will only be sent after receipt of the appropriate fees. Outstanding payments are to be paid on-site.
Invoices are subject to VAT charges over and above. In case of any change in tax policy, applicable VAT charges will be readjusted accordingly.

Methods of payment

By Credit Card
MASTERCARD, VISA and AMERICAN EXPRESS credit cards are accepted. Online payments will be processed through the secure payment page of the course online registration system.
By Bank Transfer
Upon receipt of your registration form, you will receive a confirmation letter with bank account details and a deadline for payment of the respective fees. A copy of the bank transfer receipt is to be sent to the Course Organizing Bureau by e-mail at deepdives@erasmus.gr for confirmation of the relevant bank transfer.

Confirmation of participation

As soon as the appropriate fees have been received, participants will receive a confirmation letter of the relevant bookings.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation of participation is to be made in written to the course Organizing Bureau. The following cancellation policy will apply:

For cancellation requests until May 15, 2023: 50% of the total amount will be refunded.
For cancellation requests received from May 16, 2023 onwards: no refund applies.
