Terms and Conditions

Full payment of all services booked is required in order to confirm your booking.

Method of payment
All payments are to be made in Euro(EUR).

By credit card
Online payments by VISA or MASTERCARD will be processed through the Congress' online services system by selecting the relevant option in the payments section. Upon completion of payment, the online system will redirect you to a confirmaiton page and you will also shortly receive via email a confirmation of the services booked by the Posidonia 2022 Official Travel Agency.

Cancellation Policy for the Booking Tours
Written notification, sent to Posidionia 2022 official travel agency is required for any cancellation or change to your booking tour.
Refunds will be made as follows (according to the postmark on the notice of cancellation):

  • Up to and including 1 day prior the booking date: 100% refund.
  • Less than 24 hours: No refund will be granted.

All refunds will be made within two months after the end of Posidonia 2022. Any bank charges (whereas applicable) will be deducted from the total amount to be refunded.
