Terms and Conditions

Cancellation policy: In case a written cancellation of a pre-registration is addressed to the Conference Secretariat by July 31, 2018, 50% of the total amount will be retained. In case a written cancellation of an accommodation booking is addressed to the Congress Secretariat by August 31, 2018, 50% of the total amount will be retained. After these dates, amounts already paid are non-refundable. Refunds will be made within two months after the end of the Congress. Bank charges will be deducted.
