Visa invitation letter

You are advised to take out appropriate travel insurance cover and arange visa if required. Further visa information can be found here.
Invitation letters for visa purposes can only be sent to participants who have completed the registration process and paid the meeting's fee.

Please note that in case of Visa refusal, full refund (minus 50€ which applies for administration fees) of the paid registration fee will apply. Notification to the Meeting secretariat must be made by e-mail at ipcrg2023@erasmus.gr including the official visa refusal letter.
