It is your responsibility to investigate the visa requirements for Singapore and apply for a visa if necessary. An inivtation letter can be requested from the Organisers. The letter is provided only to assist participants who are required to obtain a visa or permission to attend the meeting. It should not be considered as an official invitation covering fees or any other expenses. Please note that invitation letters are issued only for participants who have completed the registration process (paid registration fees).

Cancellation Policy - Registration Cancellation of participation is to be made in written to the 11th IFNE World Congress Organizing Secretariat. Refunds will be made as follows (according to the date of cancellation notice). For cancellation requests received until April 25th, 2025: 50% of the total amount will be refunded. For cancellation requests received from April 26th, 2025, onwards: No refund will be granted. All refunds will be made within two months after the end of the Congress. Bank charges will be deducted. An additional handling fee of 50 EUR per refund will apply. Cancellation Policy - Accommodation Written notification to the 11th IFNE World Congress Organizing Secretariat is required for any cancellation or change to your accommodation bookings. Refunds will be made as follows (according to the date of cancellation notice). Up to and including June 30th, 2025: Full refund less 25% administration fees From July 1st, 2025 and onwards: No refund will be granted. All refunds will be made within two months after the end of the Congress. Bank charges will be deducted.
