The IFNE - JSNE - GLEN - NESI - SINCH Hands - on Workshop on Cerebral and Ventricular Neuroendoscopy is consisted of two parts:

Celebral and Ventricular Neuroendoscopy: 18 - 20 July,  2022
Advanced skull base Neuroendoscopy: 21-22 July,  2022

Participants can choose both or between Celebral and Ventricular Neuroendoscopy and Skull base Neuroendoscopy.

Participation is limited:

Cerebral and Ventricular Neuroendoscopy

16 fully equipped working stations and constant tutoring 32 delegates and 8 auditors per workshop.

 

Skull base Neuroendoscopy

8 fully equipped working stations and constant tutoring 16 delegates and 8 auditors per workshop.



Registration to be confirmed on a first-come first-registered basis.

Delegate registration to the Workshop includes the following services:

  • Attendance of Program Sessions
  • Active participation in Hands-on
  • Workshop documentation, Certificate of Attendance and delegate material
  • Coffee and lunch as specified in the Workshop program

Auditor registration to the Workshop includes the following services:

  • Attendance of Program Sessions
  • Video attendance of Hands-on and Q&A from the auditorium
  • Workshop documentation, Certificate of Attendance and delegate material
  • Coffee and lunch as specified in the Workshop program

Certificate of Attendance
All registered delegates that have attended workshop, will receive a Certificate of Attendance by email after the end of the event.

Badge identification
Registration badges will be used during the workshop. For identification purposes and admission to session halls, participants are requested to wear their badges, which will be given to them upon registration, at all times. Admission to the workshop areas will not be allowed without badge identification.

Letter of Invitation
Delegates that require an official Invitation Letter in order to attend the Workshop may address the Organizing Secretariat, specifying the necessary details. This service is provided only to assist participants who need to obtain a visa or permission to attend the Workshop. It should not be considered as an official invitation covering fees or any other expenses.

Please note that registration to the Workshop is a prerequisite for delegates to receive an official letter of invitation from the Organizing Secretariat.

FAIR PROCESSING NOTICE
Please note that pictures and video recordings will be taken by meeting staff throughout the Workshop. By registering to the workshop, you consent to the Organizing Committee of IFNE-JSNE-GLEN-ISNE Hands-on Workshop (Naples-Italy, January 23 - 27, 2023) using photographs and/or video recordings including images of you, both internally and externally to promote the organization. These images could be used in print and digital media formats including print publications, websites, e-marketing, posters banners, advertising, film, social media, teaching and research purposes. Additionally, the Organizing Committee is committed to processing information in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Invitation Letter

It is your responsibility to investigate the visa requirements for Italy and apply for a visa if necessary. An inivtation letter can be requested from the Organisers. The letter is provided only to assist participants who are required to obtain a visa or permission to attend the Workshop. It should not be considered as an official invitation covering fees or any other expenses. Please note that invitation letters are issued only for participants who have completed the registration process (paid registration fees). In case your visa application is not approved by the relevant Authorities, Erasmus Conferences Tours & Travel S.A. will refund registration fees, minus bank charges.
