Virtual Registration Fee includes access to:
The virtual platform and all sessions during the conference/ recorded sessions content for up to two months after the conference has ended/ view ePosters / the Meeting Hub to connect with other virtual attendees/ Congress Documentation (Electronic) / Certificate of Attendance (Electronic).

Important note
- For Veterinarians: a copy of their professional identity card is required during online registration.
- For Students &Phd candidates: A Proof of Status is required for the reduced rate of this registration category (Students & Phd candidates). A Proof of Status is an official letter written and signed (by hand/ no electronic signature) by the head of department – hospital or academic institution – which confirms the status of the applicant. The document must be issued in English on official hospital/university letterhead and must be submitted during the Online Registration.

Please note that it is your responsibility to investigate the visa requirements for Greece and apply for a visa if necessary. An inivtation letter can be requested from the Organisers.
The letter is provided only to assist participants who are required to obtain a visa or permission to attend the Congress. It should not be considered as an official invitation covering fees or any other expenses. Please note that invitation letters are issued only for participants who have completed the registration process (paid registration fees).
