Registration to the Consensus Conference includes the following services:

Registration to the Refresher Course includes the following services:
· Admittance to all scientific sessions of the Refresher Course
· Admittance to the Exhibition area during Refresher Course dates
· Refresher Course documentation and material
· Certificate of Attendance of the Refresher Course
· Coffee, refreshments and lunch during official Refresher Course breaks
Registration packages for both the Consensus Conference and Refresher Course include the following services:
· Admittance to all scientific sessions
· Admittance to the Exhibition area
· Delegate documentation and material
· Certificate of Attendance of the both the Consensus Conference and Refresher Course
· Coffee, refreshments and lunch during official Conference and Course breaks
Confirmation of participation
As soon as the appropriate fees have been received, participants will receive a confirmation letter of the relevant bookings. For on-line bookings, confirmation is issued automatically upon payment of the relevant fees through the on-line registration system.
Invitation Letter
Perspective delegates that require an official Invitation Letter in order to attend the Conference may address the Organising Secretariat, specifying the necessary details. This service is provided only to assist participants who need to obtain a visa or permission to attend the Conference. It should not be considered as an official invitation covering fees or any other expenses.
Please note that registration to the Conference and/or Course is a prerequisite for delegates to receive an official letter of invitation from the Organising Secretariat.
Certificate of Attendance
Registered delegates will receive a Certificate of Attendance.
Badges and Identification
Name badges will be used during the Conference and Course. For identification purposes and admission to session halls, delegates are requested to wear their badges, which will be given upon their check-in at the Secretariat Desk operating on-site.
