The Workshop participation package includes the following services:
-Hotel accommodation in a double room, shared with another participant, for a total of 3 nights (check-in on June 30, 2019 and check-out on July 3, 2019) at Lagrange Apart'Hotel-Lyon Lumiere .
-Admittance to all scientific sessions and hands-on workshops
-Workshop documentation, Certificate of Attendance and delegate material
-Coffee, lunch and dinner as specified in the Workshop program

You can share your room ONLY with another participant. The Organizing Secretariat reserves the right to assign a room-mate to delegates according to their gender and country of origin, should we not receive any feedback in the meantime and as soon as 50% of available places is filed.

Auditor registration includes the following services:
- Admittance to scientific sessions of June 30, 2019
- Certificate of Attendance and delegate material
- Coffee break on June 30, 2019

It is your responsibility to investigate the visa requirements for France and apply for a visa if necessary. An inivtation letter can be requested from the Organisers. The letter is provided only to assist participants who are required to obtain a visa or permission to attend the Meeting. It should not be considered as an official invitation covering fees or any other expenses. Please note that invitation letters are issued only for participants who have completed the registration process (paid registration fees). In case your visa application is not approved by the relevant Authorities, Erasmus Conferences Tours & Travel S.A. will refund registration fees, minus bank charges.
