To proceed with your registration, a proof of your Student status (an official letter written in English by the Head of the University on official University letterhead) should be submitted. The Conference Secretariat reserves the right to allocate your registration to the appropriate category in case we do not receive the proper documentation.

Visa Invitation Letter
It is your responsibility to investigate the visa requirements for Greece and apply for a visa if necessary. An inivtation letter can be requested from the Organisers.

The letter is provided only to assist participants who are required to obtain a visa or permission to attend the Meeting. It should not be considered as an official invitation covering fees or any other expenses. Please note that invitation letters are issued only for participants who have completed the registration process (paid registration fees). In case your visa application is not approved by the relevant Authorities, ERASMUS Conferences & Events S.A. will fully refund registration fees minus bank charges.
